For more than 20 years, I’ve held sacred space for women navigating the overwhelm of everyday life—guiding them to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

My journey began in the world of holistic health, where I studied and practiced modalities like Reiki, energy healing, bodywork, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Through years of personal and professional transformation, I’ve woven these healing threads into a heart-centered practice that empowers women to find balance, deepen their intuition, and live a more mindful, soul-aligned life.
